    This property lies approx. 13 miles East of Elko, Nevada on the South side of I-80. It has the Humboldt River passing through it and has over 300 acres of surface water rights out of the river. The old dams and ditches are not in place anymore and the best option to put the water back on the old fields would be to pump out of the River. There is potential to sell water rights off the property as well as these are older water rights. The property would also have a lot of gravel on it ., If you're a duck hunter or chuckar hunter this could be your private hunting reserve! The river bottom is full of birds and other wildlife.

      "Elko is a booming mining/aging cattle town. Like any small town with a booming industry it's doing well and has a good housing market. Elko doesn't get most of what you are seeing on tv it's still quiet at night but being Nevada it has a nightlife that mainly stays downtown . Elko is like any other big money small town it has it's crime but it's mostly what you might read about in the paper afterwards. All in all its nice little town of you're into mining and enjoy high desert living. "
