"We are a waterfront community, with approximately 60 percent year round residents. Quite during the winter. Bohemia River, with private beach for residents and their guests, is 2 streets over. A number of Florida snowbirds, too. Neighbors close up their homes in late fall and return early summer. "

"Have a home on the Sasafrass river and love it. The people are friendly and summer time is great with the water and seafood resturants and all. The kids love it too. We also go to our second home to take winter breaks to get away from the hustle and bustle. We get cozy and warm with a fire, some wine, and the deer wandering around outside. Costs are very reasonable and as the economy gets better the property value will increase nicely."
