    • Landfxr
"Many of us walk or ride bikes on our street /neighborhood and we stop and visit often. The neighbors are always willing to help if you need something and we keep a eye on each others’ properties"
    • Vw9dpmysms
"Lots of walking trails for dog owners. Also there are dog parks in the area. It’s a pet friendly town."

    • Dan McKillip
"Many people have dogs and they are welcome in many public places. There are plenty of places to walk your dogs."
    • B4cb9gw2zn
"Lived in Bella Vista for 5 years. It has been generally quiet, and there are some great parks for the kids. And the views of trees are always nice. Though, since neighborhoods are sparse and spread throughout the hills and trees, we have never lived in a neighborhood where kids play outside regularly. Which means my kids are bored frequently. Still a nice place to live. "
    • Rq45p47fc8
"It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood to raise children. Large backyards and almost no noise. Friendly neighbors."
    • Landfxr
"This place has many wonderful and free outdoor activities for families as well as organized activities and excellent resources "
    • Valerie Wade
"The only school in town is an elementary school. Everyone rides the buses or is driven to school. The roads are too windy and steep for kids to ride around. "
    • Denise_916
"Not a lot of space to walk or let the dogs run freely. People do t seem to friendly when walking my dogs. It’s cramped quarters for them. "
    • Landfxr
"Craft fairs, hiking and biking groups…groups for all interests. Recreation centers, fun fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, golf tournaments and much much more"
    • Sevkrae
"Friendly and safe neighborhood, will be a bit of a drive to city shopping (20 minutes). But we have bike trails, parks, Sonic, small town stuff."
    • Trulia User
"I’m so far away from everything! It takes 20 minutes to get into North Bentonville and 30+ minutes to get to Rogers."

    • Hilarygore
"Great topography, hilly and quiet streets. Very forested with deciduous and conifer trees. It’s what drew me to this area, lots of man-made lakes, beautiful golf courses, pools, and mountain biking trails. Great recreation town. Not far from some fantastic restaurants and metropolitan night life and art district."
    • Leona
"I love Bella Vista. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are super sweet. I feel safe letting my kids play outside. Our yard is extremely private with the woods. We love it here."

    • Ontherunfor6
"We are up the hill, but there are beautiful curvy, tree lined roads. The Razorback Greenway is also being extended to the north part of Bella Vista, so that will open up commuting by bicycle and a great walking path. "
    • Sally K.

    • Nancy
"This is more of a neighborhood populated by couples who have older Children and grandchildren. It is more of a golf resort. It is wonderful! Neighbors are very nice."
    • Bella Vistaian

Elementary school, Grocery stores, churches, a few restaurants with many more in Bentonville and Rogers. Plenty to do and many very friendly folks. 8 lakes, 6 golf courses, walking trails and community events. "

    • Becky M.
"There are many bike trails, but for the most part you are car dependent. There has recently been a bypass opened taking you around Bella Vista allowing you to avoid heavy traffic during drive times."
    • Dndbrandon1210
"It’s a really nice and quiet place. Lots of bike, and walking trails...lots of lakes for fishing and golf courses. Drawbacks are too many rules and organizations that make all the rules. You never know who to talk to about what. Two different places to get a permit for a fence for instance "
    • Johnforman6
"Bella Vista is quiet and friendly. The neighborhood I live in is safe and quiet. You have nature all around you which makes it peaceful. "
    • Jennifer F. K.
"I work in Bella Vista... It only takes about 10 minutes to get to work. I enjoy the small commute. I have lived over 60 miles away from my place of work before... this is so much better!"
    • Landfxr
"I’ve recently purchased a home in this area and have not even moved in yet. I think I will love living here very much."
    • Gary H.
"Best group of neighbors in my experience! We look out for each other because we like each other. We have block parties several times a year. It is a quiet place to live and when something out of the ordinary occurs we all are aware of it and react to it!"
