9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started kindergarten last year art this school. His teacher was wonderful, loving and caring. She showed a great interest in her students that ensured their success. At the end of year, we found out that this teacher had been reassigned. (not by her choice). She was being replaced by the teacher who was their the prior year. She has been teaching K for seven years and was the best K teacher they had. So what do they do replace her. I was extremely disappointed. I was also not impressed with the leadership at the school. Instead of working with the parents if concerns were expressed, I felt they did not care what the parent had to say and at times attempted to bully and intimidate the parent.Parent Review13y ago5 Reviews - Pennfield Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePennfield Middle School no longer celebrates students who were able to achieve honour roll. As a special needs student who was there, I was disappointed with the lack of accommodations and it made learning there a really tough and challenging place. Good teachers are able to make harder subjects seem easier, but the teachers there made all the easier subjects difficult to understand.Other Review3y ago7 Reviews - North Penn Senior High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt is very hard to have an active social life in this school, especially if you go to NMTCC. The school is so large, I can and have gone days without even seeing my friends. I have become very depressed because of my social isolation, and how uninteresting the classes are. My physical health is suffering due to anxiety and depression, and I'm worried that I may have to look into alternative schooling options if my mental health plummets too far.Student Review7mo ago15 Reviews - Check out schools near LEHIGH AVE.

"There are tons of young families in the area. The kids still play manhunt together in the neighborhood after dark and kickball during the day. I couldn’t ask for a better environment to raise my two kids in"

"Quiet and family oriented place with great neighbors and well respected children who seem to be very well mannered and mostly knowledgeable of the area. The neighborhood has been pretty quiet especially at night and I have no fear of leaving my house and walking down to the local pharmacy or coffee shop. There are also some really unique shops within a mile radius of my house. Thrift stores are all around me and it seems that there are plenty of great restaurants in town as well "

"Lansdale is a great place to raise children - it’s a diverse area, has a great school district, and there are many club sports/activities (rugby, soccer, gardening, arts, etc.). I grew up here and being able to go to the 4th street pool and park, school fairs, and other festivals in the summer with friends and family was fun. 10/10 would suggest Lansdale."
