Several formations of large boulders are present with a VERY large boulder marking the entrance. The well is already in and the septic site located. Power and phone are underground to the lot. The low corner of the acreage could be pasture or a garden spot.

Access to state and federal land is within walking distance, along with splendid huckleberry picking! Idaho's state bird, the Mountain Blue Bird, is ever present in the summer. Deer, elk, and turkey are seen on a regular basis. A family of bald eagles lives near the lake and are often seen overhead.

Sage Hen reservoir (270 acres), a popular fishing spot, is located about 10 miles north.
