See pics. Please don't block right of way road or block Kirkhoff Rd. Kirkhoff Rd is not paved and is a Use N Common drive for many homes. There is a group of owners that take care of the gravel road. Wooded lot is easy to walk. Not full of brush or thorns! The house site on perc plat is proposed site it does not have to be located where proposed. Septic system site passed in the front of the lot. Sand mound type system would need to be designed, engineered according to the perc test results on the documentation. Existing well drilling report in 70's was 1 GPM so suggest an updated yield test by buyer. Existing wells can be drilled deeper with casing depth increased in some cases and a deeper well provides more water standing reserve in the well.
