3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the actual worst school probably in the whole state of Texas. I’m not sure why it’s still up. Bullying is so prevalent, most teachers hate their jobs and will take it out on you, and even the principal is completely ruthless and unprofessional. I caught her physically harassing a student in front of an entire crowd, all because of a misunderstanding. I was a personal victim of her unfair treatment as well. If you find good teachers in this school and good peers, consider yourself lucky because it doesn’t happen quite often. I have a lot to say, but what’s the point. there is literally nothing good about this school. I can’t think of a single thing, and you probably think I’m joking but I’m literally not. Besides the few staff members and teachers that are actually cool and friendly, the rest are a bunch of people who hate their lives and will not hesitate to take it out on you. I never knew my full potential until I got out of this place. It seriously ruins your perception of the world. It’s not until college that I realized how friendly, civilized, respectful, AND hygienic people can be. This school is the most low vibrational place I’ve ever went to. Unfortunately, I can’t undo the trauma it has caused me. Thankfully I am out but like I said, this place changed me as a person (for the absolute worst.) Of course, everyone’s experience will be different but I will tel you that not one person in that building will tell you George Bush High School is a generally good quality school. If you have other options, please don’t go to this one.Other Review2y ago7 Reviews - David Crockett Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery few teachers (one per year, if not one every other year) are difficult and make no sense, but those are the very rare ones. Also, some fights may occur, but this is common for all schools, and they're very normal for children. On the flip side, many teachers are supportive, fun, and follow up on not only academics but also mental health. They try their best to help their students! There are many sports, fine arts, and high-school credit opportunities! I really recommend it as a current 8th-grade student here.Student Review1mo ago7 Reviews - Mission West Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, I am truly saddened that this is my son's last year at this Mission West. The education provided here has been great. The teachers are exceptional, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. What sets this school apart is the principal who is extremely visible and who actively engages with students, parents, and staff. My son has thrived academically and personally, and I am grateful for the strong foundation this school has provided. It's been a fantastic journey, and we'll always cherish the memories made here.Parent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near Jacksons Xing.

"Fairly quiet, everyone almost keep to themselves. The houses here are decent. Schools are a bit underfunded."

"I don’t see anyone walking their dogs here but owners let their dogs roam free all the time without a leash. "

"Great area. nice families, everyone is friendly and takes care of their yard. I've lived here 2 years and have been impressed with our subdivision and HOA. People walk in the evenings and families play at the nearby park. "

"Great families around. Yards are well kept. Good parks for the family. Friendly neighbors. Quiet. Many drivers don't drive slowly, however. "

"Public transportation doesn’t come this far so it limits random people frequenting the neighborhood . Everyone is pretty friendly I know all of my neighbors and we greet each other daily . Most importantly it’s a non flood zone "

"Easy access to the highways. In normal traffic a drive to downtown takes about 45 min, higher traffic can lead to a 90 minute drive tops"

"I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. Coming from an expensive neighborhood in Sugar Land I was concerned about safety first. I have had 0 problems, the neighbor's are friendly, walking my 2 dogs is easy and it is quite overall. Great restaurants, shopping and everything else is just a short walk away and getting anywhere farther is a breeze with the Westpark Tollroad just 7 mins away."

"I live here, and if you talk about location in real estate is excellent, shopping restaurant, good schools and top rated elementary. the area is good for family and very clean environment. Though it is an old neighborhood, but the peaceful atmosphere and mature trees make it very inviting and relaxing place to live. I love this neighborhood."
