    • Yeska S.
"I lived here for almost two years! Itโ€™s a beautiful environment. We feel safe. We have not had a package stolen! We live in apartments and neighbors lower to them selves! People are walking and jogging! Very friendly! "
    • Becky R.
"Very quiet older community. We love it, we are a young couple who enjoy privacy and silence. We fit in just perfect. Only issue is the power lines which seem to go out often. "
    • Tom_early62
"Small parks and walking areas for small dogs. Bags are provided and there is a disposal container too. Large dogs have a decent path around the gates. "
    • Danielle H.
"there are lots of dogs in the area & most are nice. it's a great area for walking a dog & you will often see others walking too."
    • Bill S.
" Biggest complaint I hear is dogs crapping on somebody else's lawn. please look after your dog. it's just common courtesy."
    • Danielle H.
"this is a great area for dog owners, nicely sized fenced yards, sidewalks with lighting and lots of other dog walkers!"
    • Carlise942
"This area is quiet and neighborhood is okay. Shopping convenient along with restaurants and schools."
    • Cody C.
"I see alot of people jogging and/or walking; many with their dogs. Mud Creek Park is also nearby and has over three miles of wilderness area trails that are great for walking/hiking with pets."
    • Jgonzalez0828
"Itโ€™s very safe for families. I really enjoy the neighborhood. Everything is easy to get to weather its schools or finding places to eat for my kids."
    • jim
"I have lived in the area since June of 2000. It's close to many great things! Grocery stores, Northwoods Theater, Thousand Oaks Elem. School, an ice skating rink, and many shops are within 5 minutes drive. The airport, both Methodist and Baptist hospitals, a riding stable are within a ten minute drive. It's a great place to live. When I bought my home in 2000, several of the neighbors brought cookies over to welcome me to the neighborhood. The area has a very safe feel to it...people walk/jog along Henderson Pass during the cooler parts of the day. My only wish is that it had more children in the neighborhood as I have two little ones. If you're thinking about buying in the area, I don't believe you'll have any regrets."
    • WINECKI
"I live in the area, and I think the neighborhood is excellent. It's close to tremendous shopping, both food and other, and is a very safe area. Schools are great, and being just inside the 281/1604 interchange, traffic is great, and we're freeway close if necessary. Great Neighbors, look out for each other."
    • Jim
"I purchased this home last May 2009 and never regretted it! This home/neighborhood was a hidden secret for me and my family! The HOA is outstanding and the neighbors are down home open-door southern friendly. Very military friendly community and it's located just minutes (literally minutes) from 2 movies theaters, 3 grocery stores, and multiple shopping areas. This place is on the up-and-up!!!!!! "
