All four of my kids attended Coyote Valley Elementary and promoted to Middle School from here over a 21 year span! The teachers and staff were like family and treated my kids like their own! My children received an excellent education and were excited to go to school and learn. This school is a gift to this small community and encourages families to be part of their child’s education with many fun filled events and fundraisers the kids look forward to every year! A+ rating!!!!

"What makes this neighborhood unique is that it is a gated community a sense of security the two beaches, the security patrolling, the equestrian center the golf club the updated areas surrounding the new golf club the sense of security and community."

"Not only do you see people walking their dogs but also there is local dog park that is pretty private and at the same time typically there’s not a lot of activity there so lots of times you’ll have the park to yourself."

" In the Hidden Valley Lake area the main thing that you want to meet upon entering is that this is a gated community. Additionally, there is an equestrian center, a dog park private security, 2 beaches and beautiful new community club with a restaurant and grill and a golf course of course which it is well known for and runs throughout certain parts of the neighborhood for example I live on the 13th hole of the golf course in my backyard and there is a creek that separates us. So yes, this is a very beautiful area."

"I am retired. This area is affected by hills and valleys peaks and mountains. The nearest towns to work can range from 15 minutes to an hour and a half or two hours depending on how much money you want to make. Most people live here because of the cost of the homes & land."
