      "The residents are not neighborly . It use to be a really nice place to live but over the last 10 years it has dramatically changed . There are more renters and undesirables that live here . People of Parkwood got scared and moved out and now the homes are owned by people from other states that rent the homes to people who are on state assistance and who do not work! I do not recommend anyone to purchase a home here. "

      "Small town feel. Safe to walk around any time of day. Many park/field areas to run and play. Dog friendly neighborhood and mostly friendly people. Wawa, rite aid, and deli right around the corner. Great place to live. "

      "I lived in this neighborhood for three years, the people did not welcome minorities, the teenagers hang out on street corners drinking and smoking. I was the worst neighborhood I ever lived in! And I've beeen a resident of Philadelphia for 56 years."
