    10 Acres raw vacant land that lies within the North Apple Valley Industrial Specific Plan, an area where many large land investors have acquired hundreds of acres in anticipation of future growth. All utilities can be found at Dakota Rd. The Specific Plan includes 6,221 acres of designated land to facilitate industrial and commercial development for the city. Existing development includes Walmart's 1 Million square foot Distribution Center, Big Lots' 1.4 Million square foot Distribution Facility, the Regional Public Safety Training Center, Fresenius Medical Care Distribution Facility, and Atlas Van Lines. Ameritex Manufacturing Plant is in construction with an estimated 150 new jobs. The new developments will include extensive infrastructure improvements for the area. In addition to Ameritrex, Virgin Trains USA will be starting construction on their high speed train to Las Vegas in 2020s third quarter with an estimated 13 thousand jobs being created during construction.

      "Nothing unique! The city doesn't want to address problem, they just like to tear down historical buildings. The police don't show up when you call, especially for loud parties after midnight or fireworks being shot off at all hours of the night, even though they are illegal here and a huge fire risk"
