This rural wooded property is located approximately 3 miles from Baraboo and 50 miles northwest of Madison. 30 acres is DNR designation as Managed Forest Land (MFL) with 2.5 acres on Fairfield Rd and 2.5 acres on Rocky Point Rd that were withheld from MFL to allow for future home build site and there is access to power along both roads. Only one home can be built on this property due to township regulations.
The property has primarily been used for recreational hunting.
