Golf course is just steps away, the Eagle-Vail rec center with pools, tennis courts etc is just a shot few minute walk away. Three parking spots included (rare for this area). Large deck. Master suite is very large with on-suite bath and newly installed floors. Stainless Steel appliances, quartz counter-top. Pergo wood flooring throughout first floor and two beds. New LG Washer and Drier in unit. Renter is responsible for electric and internet. I pay water, trash, HOA. Top floor, vaulted ceilings. Large wood burning fireplace. One bathroom is totally re-finished and clean and modern. Additional 1/2 bath by the kitchen area.

One year lease ONLY. DO NOT CONTACT ME WITH ANY AIRBNB OR ARBITRAGE PROPOSALS. I will not consider offers for partial or seasonal rentals at this time. Unfurnished. Three parking spots. One assigned and two unassigned spots available. A maximum of one pet may be allowed, but needs to be approved by me and the HOA. There is a one-time pet FEE. Deposit, first and last. $50 application fee (per person on lease) I run a credit check and background check. Available June 14th at the earliest.

    "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
