"Having the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at our back door is all the recreation we need. No need for city pars. All medical facilities are a 30 min drive to Maryville."

"People and neighbors who help and assist if needbe. Awesome views, visitors including bears, deer, squirrels, wild turkeys, and other wildlife. Golf course, swimming pool, and fitness center access."
