6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRescue Elementary once stood as a beacon of excellence within the Rescue District. It represented an ideal combination of dedicated educators and a closely connected community. However, in the last three years, the school has experienced a decline in its sense of community. The new administration has created an environment in which parents feel excluded from the campus. Additionally, students with learning disabilities are not receiving adequate support. A significant portion of their support time is devoted to completing general education assignments rather than focusing on remediation and developing more effective strategies to address their challenges. As a parent, I find it disheartening to observe the trajectory the school is taking.Parent Review1y ago5 Reviews - Pleasant Grove Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe leadership at this school is completely incompetent. It is an echo chamber where discipline is manipulated, staff uses students to turn against each other and manufacture narratives to get to their desired outcome. The district is complicit, adults only support the adults. Any complaints puts the district into defense mode and walls go up vs actually seeking resolution. Favorites are played among the students. Staff creates social struggles between the kids. Without new leadership with checks & balances, it will continue to get worse. Parents are putting in their 3 years and hoping to get out, recommend speaking up for change, too many kids are being negatively impacted. Zero advocacy for the students and massive discipline problemsParent Review1y ago16 Reviews - Oak Ridge High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI moved to El Dorado Hills from Lodi in 2018. I am a physician and was considering bay area vs Folsom area for my 3 kids. I can't afford any bay area homes even with my physician salary. I initially looked for Folsom high and didn't know about El Dorado Hills. I found out that El Dorado Hill is the only area with all elementary, middle and high schools located within walking distance and all have 9 and 10 grade school rating. I bought a house next to the high school so that kids can just walk to school. With the trend of newer generation going to bed late and getting up late helps with their sleep and keep them fresh in the class. They could take 7th period easy to. I saved a lot of time from not needing to drop off or pick them up or buy a car and spend for the teenage car insurance. Happy with their grades and great experience.Parent Review2y ago16 Reviews - Check out schools near D Oro Ct.

"Music and Arts education and Expressive Arts Therapy are the critical component for the proper development of advanced cognitive functions of our evolutionary young and still evolving human brain. The artistic process that involves metaphorical cognition is the gateway to the adequate self-perception, through th prism of sensory reactivation, crucial to serve as the counterpoint to the societal convention of emotional self-repression that debilitates our sensory abilities to inform our self-preservation instinct, involved into prioritizing for the right reasons and choosing the right goals and purposes."
