"No problems in the area that I know of for over 18 years. People have no problem waving or saying hi to you if they are walking by and they clean up after their pets if they walk in your yard."

"My parents lived in Henlopen Landing for 12 years. It's a beautiful neighborhood with friendly people. Pool, clubhouse, exercise room, close to tax free shopping, beach, parks, restaurants, charming "downtown Lewes", and at the same time, far enough away from the crowds! Great neighborhood for anyone!"
