Private trout fishing ponds on ranch, with water rights for all fishing ponds, wells, and stock-watering. Sheep are grazed lightly on the ranch each year by a local rancher. Restaurants, hotels, groceries, and a hospital are located only 15 miles to the southwest in Price, UT.
