"Bonifacio is a very busy street. There are three very large annoying speed bumps right by the house Thereโ€™s a dog park that you can walk to so thereโ€™s a lot of traffic from that it as well. It is a main thoroughfare through Concord. There are too many cars parking in that street. Parking is hard to find. "
  • Kim Nuguen
"Maybe need a park for dog walking. I donโ€™t have a dog personally but I see people walk their dog around "
  • Janay Mccullough
"With the park near by there are always friendly people with their dogs out. Iโ€™ve met some great people and pets"
  • Ernie
" Work construction, but itโ€™s the best of all the different areas so Iโ€™m close to San Francisco Oakland San Joseโ€˜s an hour so itโ€™s pretty good 20 minutes to Berkeley but the drive home is usually a little rough, but where I live in Concord is not too bad cause itโ€™s a quick exit after you go through the interchange. I moved to Concord because I didnโ€™t want to live in Antioch, clear Brentwood, where the commute is horrible."
  • Samantha Johns
"There are a lot of schools so itโ€™s better in summer, but commuting down Treat is reasonable. Ygnacio is a little tough "
  • Ross Tentoco
"People are friendly and we do have our neighborhood Christmas parties. The community have events but have not gone yet. "
  • Semper Justizia
"Good schools, shopping, dining & entertainment - BART/metro for commute to San Francisco. Some areas downtown can be sketchy. "
  • Hannah Kessinger
"Traffic in Concord is the worst especially in the mornings and in the afternoons starting around 3pm daily. It takes forever to get anywhere around here. "
  • Trulia User
"Nice, well maintained suburb close to amenities. Great Concord location on the Walnut Creek border. Super dog and kid friendly, close to Bart. With free bus from Bart to Shadelands. Safeway, Whole Foods and Trader Joeโ€™s nearby. "
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User

  • Dyspraxicartist
"There are some things for kids to do not a lot and the bus system is not great but the bus is air condition. You are car relianteverything is spread out "
  • Trulia User
"this is a good place to live in, there are many options for shoping, Parks, restaurants, I like the todos santos park"
  • David H.
"The neighborhood is made up of modest single family houses, most of which were built in the 1940โ€™s, but now are being spruced up by new owners. The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."
  • Piss O.
"Thereโ€™s tons of dogs, dog parks & trails. Just clean up after your pets and nobody minds where you go. "
  • Diane H.
"Always people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Friendly and on leashes. Very rarely off leash. "
  • Llanos.veronica79
"self appointment neighborhood watch, people are friendly all around the block, walks are nice, shops close by"
  • Pvlahakos
"Itโ€™s convenient to shopping and freeway. Lots of great restaurants around. Lots of parks and nature/hiking trails nearby."
  • Kendra L.
"There is a lot of dogs and plenty of fenced off fields to let the bigger ones play in. However Iโ€™ve never seen a fenced off front yard, so keep that in mind. "
  • Karen D.
"Iโ€™ve lived in todos santos for 3 years. Itโ€™s such a great area for restaurants and entertainment, especially when they have farmers markets and concerts in the park. Biggest downfall is the number of homeless people sleeping and defecating on the streets. Thereโ€™s also a lot of drunk people who are really loud all over the place from Thursday - Saturday nights. "
  • Zuleika_quintanilka
"Everything is close range from each other...grocery stores, BART, schools, shopping centers, restaurants. Not too large entertainment spots for large concert events. "
  • Laura L.
"My commute is safe, friendly, everyone sticks to their business but at the same time they are happy to help you if needed"
  • Tjbutler22
"Great place to live great place to be. Great place for children, teens and new adults. Great place for dogs as well "

  • Darlene P.
"Most people (20+) are workers, and not at home. There are civic events like farmers market, christmas tree lighting..."
  • Jbondevilla
"We have movies or music in the park, parades, local fairs. Fun in the sun and safe in the evening. Lots of good food places with a local cinema theatre."
