"Bonifacio is a very busy street. There are three very large annoying speed bumps right by the house There’s a dog park that you can walk to so there’s a lot of traffic from that it as well. It is a main thoroughfare through Concord. There are too many cars parking in that street. Parking is hard to find. "

"Good schools, shopping, dining & entertainment - BART/metro for commute to San Francisco. Some areas downtown can be sketchy. "

"Is a nice community quite and neighbors are friendly , streets are clean and well maintained, freeway is close "

"It’s right across the street from the North Concord BART station which makes getting almost anywhere in the Bay Area easier. "

"The neighborhood is made up of modest single family houses, most of which were built in the 1940’s, but now are being spruced up by new owners. The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."

"I’ve lived in todos santos for 3 years. It’s such a great area for restaurants and entertainment, especially when they have farmers markets and concerts in the park. Biggest downfall is the number of homeless people sleeping and defecating on the streets. There’s also a lot of drunk people who are really loud all over the place from Thursday - Saturday nights. "
