This is supposed to be the top notch school of Cecil County however I moved here to the district 4 years ago. I have been sorely disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm these teachers have for teaching. My child is always told to just ask your parents if she doesn’t understand. The principal Elsie Harrigan hates the students and never ever is pleasant to anyone!

"I’m outside of town, no sidewalks. Everyone keeps their pets on their own property. We are surrounded by farm land. "
