"There are several pockets of older established neighborhoods, with larger older trees. I prefer the ones with wider streets. However, the narrower streets tend to have the more creative resistant and shops. The city is small enough that it is easy to visit those areas without having to live there"
    • Dearmcm
"There are very few families in our neighborhood; However, we are close to a hospital and private high school."
    • Trulia User
"It’s quiet safe of a residence has a car parking. QFC is close by and the hospitals also close. It is colder in the winter, but it is still cool in the summer."
    • Trulia User
"is safe, friendly, beatiful, is near of Olmost everything, 5 minutes to downtown Portland and 8 minutes to beaverton"

"It's an easy drive to anything but a pretty far walk to anywhere, even public transportation. The bus doesn't go all the way to where I live. "
    • Kathleen B.
"I've lived here for 26 years. It's quiet & close to shopping, downtown, MAX & the bus. I live in an an apartment so my neighbors change quite frequently. "

"10 minutes to downtown Portland, anywhere in Beaverton, Washington Square, etc. Quiet, extremely safe neighborhood where everyone takes care of their home. Great neighborhood park (Mitchell) maintained by Tualatin Hills Park and Rec. Ideal area for families - top notch school district from elementary through high school."
