10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI came to the school on field day to find my 5 year old standing in the parking lot alone! When I confronted the staff, I was told that she should know better and they would take care of her misbehavior!! Terrible school!Parent Review11y ago5 Reviews - Grand Ledge High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had to take my daughter out of this school. She was bullied by students AND teachers. She was openly humiliated in class by one teacher and given a bad grade by another because the teacher disagreed with her perspective on an essay she wrote, and admitted such (this is a kid who got a full collage scholarship and took honors writing classes – – her essay was A+ material but she received a C because of the content). In both instances. I made complaints that fell on deaf ears. It seems if you have a viewpoint that doesn’t follow conservatism you’re doomed from the start.Parent Review5y ago6 Reviews - Leon W. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter attended 7th and 8th grade here...very pleased with the school and what it had to offer. My other two daughters will be attending hayes in the next couple years so I'm pleased anout that....just beware because there are so many teenagers here tons of drama and drugs. But teachers and academics are great!!Other Review14y ago2 Reviews - Leon W Hayes Intermediate School

"It’s a charming and beautiful town for walking and very dog friendly. In addition to walking in the neighborhood, there is a river trail, vibrant shopping district, splash pads, and parks, Forest trails along the ledges, an opera house, and several good restaurants and watering holes."
