"Close access to highways, near big companies HQ. Not too much traffic in the morning. It feels that we don’t spend much time to get to places"
  • David Depodwin
"Community oriented, generally well-kept homes. Good value as to taxes. Safe. Easy access to trails and parks, local, county and national. "
  • Yamileth De La Ossa
"Halloween in the loop is very fun and collaborative, with neighbors sharing food and having fun together. "
  • Hugo Marques
"Animal friendly environment. Clean and safe. Multiple veterinarian places as options. The borough offers free rabies vaccination once a year."
  • Thomasshopping
"Our neighborhood has several dogs and walking them in our neighborhood is wonderful. Plus, the yards are large enough for dogs to play. "
  • Martyvandenherik
"Neighborhood parties which are based on neighbors and kids in schools. The schools are great. Three of three kids got into elite programs with multiple choices. All my kids went to public schools. Great sports and development programs. I’m very happy with the community."
  • Louise_asper_445
"Local shopping, sounds around town 2x a year, ladies night for shopping local, tree lighting, Memorial Day parade, opening of little league baseball parade, farmers market. "
  • Sean C.
"Nice lively families and neighbors. Almost all are sweet and kind. Easy access to everything you could need on 202 through town. Many auto repair shops, grocery stores, leisure and health store fronts. Plus a public library and movie theater. And you can't go wrong with food options. Almost everything deserves a try. "
  • Ddecota31
"Bus and train close by. Be in the city in an hour. Close to Morristown close to the beach. Great schools and restaurants. "
  • af
"I’ve lived my whole life here. Nice place to raise kids. Extremely safe neighborhood, I think in 30 years the biggest crime was some kids taking things from unlocked cars. No social scene at all so if you look to hear live music or have a place to hang at the end of the day this is not your place, most people are just raising kids and hiding in their big houses "
  • Brad J.
"I am retired. I used to travel to short hills. Was a 30 minute commute. Train service to NYC IS GREAT. "
  • Aswalvikram1
"One of the best neighborhoods to live in the garden state. No crime, great schools, and a great abundance of beautiful nature all around us."
  • Tom F
"convenient sidewalks all thru out town; a few stations for doggy breaks (public doggy water bowls); friendly neighbors "
  • Sandy1624
" Family friendly, quiet and can walk to down town to enjoy dinner. We a close to town but have seclusion and privacy."
  • Aswalvikram1
"Lived in this neighborhood for 9 years and absolutely love it. Great schools, great community, very safe , and the train station is in town"
  • Aswalvikram1
"I’ve lived here with my family for almost a decade in and out. Great neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants specially if you live a little more in. Very safe, people very friendly 0 crime great schools"
  • jaisonalex
"Excellent school and town. Train and bus around the corner"
  • Jg08889
"While we all miss the 6 acres of "Sunny Mist Meadows" this sub division is a nice touch to the community. It is a shame that the house at the top ( formerly Sunny Mist Meadows home and property is bank owned. Their former 600ft driveway is now the road to three houses. The 6 acre next door was also sub divided, and no one has bought or improved the property. Both areas are terrific for kids, schools and neighbors ."
  • suezibelli
"One of the very few residential streets in Bernardsville with street lights , which makes an evening walk possible. Every home is different and all are well manicured. Less than two miles from the shopping center."
