      "stores are near by you can find almost every type of store in a 2 mile radius including all mayor hardware stores, clothing stores, auto shops and dealerships. it's very safe and quiet city also we have a natural spring and a waterpark plus a really nice and modern huge hospital. plenty of restaurants, outdoors activities like kayaking, swimming, hiking, offroading, bird watching, etc. Plenty of supermarkets and campgrounds.       "The best part about this area is it has private park access to the Weeki Wachee river only, 2 blocks away walking distance. Great family atmosphere neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Access to pine island is quick 5.5 miles and close to restaurants like La Bella Napoli on shoal line blvd. Rogers park is only minutes away . This area has country mixed with beautiful serene waters to kayak on. Great neighborhood!!"
