Staff has a few good ones, but mostly under paid in motivated teachers. Kindergarten had a teacher that wasn’t even credentialed. School leadership rewards the unruly students and puts them ahead of students actually trying and behaving. They let unruly students throw desks and other students belongings and trash a class room almost regularly. Meanwhile they make the rest of the class leave the room when this happens until the student decides to stop. This school has leadership that is a joke and it will not get any better until the principal and people in charge of running the school are fired. I would never recommend this school to anyone. Low income families with issues and no respect also plague this school.

"Don’t let children especially little children play out front or back. Coyotes, mountain Lions, sometimes even Bears will come around looking for food. We do get a lot of beautiful Dear, wild Turkeys, coming through."

"I Drive17 miles down Foresthill road to auburn. About a 20-25 minute drive down the hill. In the morning and evening commute times there are more cars, but it’s not that bad a drive"

"20 minute in and 20 minutes out. That’s just to get to “town”. Enjoy the drive. No traffic but watch for deer. About three days a year you will need 4wheel drive or chains to get home. Don’t drive drunk. "

"We have lived here for eleven years. The schools in this area are excellent, academic achievement is stressed. People are very friendly, wave to you as you go by in car. Children are polite and well-mannered. The Auburn-Foresthill area is very child-centered."
