Sweet building lot within walking distance of the Ashokan Center and all of it's great events and a short bike ride away from the beautiful Ashokan Reservoir. Highest part of the lot could have wonderful winter views and the land itself lends to building into the side of the grade for a full walk out basement. A nice driveway and power line passes thru or along the western edge of the lot to feed other neighbors and a second power line runs thru the south edge of the lot. I have been very happy with the experience my son has had at Bennett. His teachers have been amazing, and it's a very warm and engaging environment for students and families. Communication is great, and their learning philosophy aligns very well with my own. I love that the children are given the opportunity to learn real instruments and even get to keep them over the summer to practice. There isn't tons of homework either, which is great! They let kids be kids. And the children are SO different here than at my son's previous school. They're generally respectful and pleasant to be around, so I'm glad my child is among kids who are a positive influence.

"Be careful of fleas & ticks as there are many mice , chipmunks , squirrels as well as deer that carry them. There’s wild animals that could harm them if they get loose "
