    Land:  This property has approximately 600 feet of frontage on bean patch loop road.  The land is level but appears to drain well.  A majority of the land is improved pastureland and has been used for cattle grazing and hay meadows for many years by the same family.  A home sites on this property would provide a nice view of the Poteau Mountain Range to the south, Sugar Loaf mountain to the east.   The location to town, schools, and shopping makes this a very desirable property.  The soils are known to be very productive in this area.  The property is fenced on 3 sides and will need a fence on the east boundary since its being divided from a large tract of land.  Survey will be provided to mark corner boundaries and determine exact acreage.
