3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst school I’ve ever ran across…..classes are so big they can’t seem to actually do their jobs….Send my kid in and comes home every day with a headache due to dehydration….Teachers don’t know how to properly act or react to 7/8 year old children throwing temper tantrums in front of/towards said children…..not to mention the teacher can’t seem to go a day without complaining about somethingbussing system is a joke if they even show up!!! Or care!!!All around worst school I’ve ever came acrossI would give this place a zero star review if I couldParent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Battery Creek High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI know nothing about your school except that you have some great students there. My grand daughter had scoliosis and had to have a metal rod put in her spine to straighten it. That was done last year at the age of sixteen. The bottom of the spine did not heal and a screw came loose causing her to go back last week for another surgery. Both times she was given a build a bear which is what they do at Shriners Hospital in Greenville. The one she got last week was donated by your high school. I want to say thank you for the kindness shown in donating these bears. They mean a lot to my grand daughter and I will never forget the this wonderful deed. Thank you to all of the students there.Other Review10y ago10 Reviews - Riverview Charter School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a charter school. Because of this, you apply through a lottery in the winter of the year before kindergarten to get into the lottery. In the spring you’ll be notified if your child is in or waitlisted. If the waitlist number isn’t too high, you might clear it. It’s worth the hoping and waiting. The students have two full time adults in the classroom through third grade. One is their teacher and the other is support. Students get a lot of attention because of this model. Security is solid, carpool is efficient and best of all people are happy to be there whether they’re students, staff, families etc.Other Review1y ago12 Reviews - Check out schools near Battery Ln #101.

"I’m not a dog owner but yes dog owners would like it here. There are many places to take your dogs to explore. "

"Very quiet neighborhood, a few children, not many. Historic homes, double piazzas, ceiling fans turning, nice people, allee of live oak and Spanish moss drape from the trees. There is a lot of care on maintaining homes and gardens making this section of town lovely for taking evening strolls and bikes rides. You will hear a barred owl occasionally. Lots of birds in the early mornings, this is a paradise during migration. A quick walk to downtown. "

"Many dogs in the area. Most homes have dogs. There are many that bark, and a lot of people allow their dogs to walk off leash. This is a common practice and is acceptable to most people who live in the neighborhood. Others not fond of dogs may not like it here for this reason. "

"Willow Point is a small and friendly neighborhood where we all know each other and welcome others to join us on our front porches for chats or run into someone while walking around the pond enjoying the variety of birds that visit including ibis, blue herons, spoonbills, egrets, wood storks and many more. If you enjoy fishing or kayaking we have a day dock to launch from. Age range from infants to 80s. There is a monthly book club and mahjong. Community gatherings always special. Restaurants in Port Royal not to mention Cypress Wetlands and Sands Beach. "

"I feel all dog owners should keep their pets well under control and maintained and not be afraid or offended by me if I take justice in my own hands and way if the animals ever out of control and out of line towards me or my family period "

"The neighborhood I live in is not as adequately maintained and friendly as it used to be and should be at all the rental houses and the qualifications have changed and fell to slum low and that has changed the entire area and it’s wrong "

"We have several doggie parks that are well maintained. People are friendly and always say, “hello.” The walk that goes around town is scenic and other nature walks are available. The park in town is the meeting place for all sort of events. "

"Great friendly community with wonderful parks, waterfront activities and bike trails. Beaufort has a great collection of restaurants and shops. Views of the marshes, sound and inter coastal waterway are abundant. The history and heritage of the area dates back to the late 1600’s and early 1700’s. Many of the B&B’s are in historical homes."
