About this House
There are actually (2) 100'x400' lots next to each other. Price listed is for the one without the pond. However, this was not supposed to be listed at this time but I screwed up something doing this and it got listed as active and I can't figure out how to hide it right now. I do have someone interested already and am giving them a couple weeks first to get some stuff in order. I promised them that they would have first chance. Both lots have ALL public utilities and the sewer is on the same side of the street. That alone will save about $4k to connect the sewer. There are no wetland or floodzone issues to deal with. I have the paper work showing that. I am asking $29,000 for the lot with the pond but would make a deal if someone wanted both lots. These lots are dry and ready to build immediately! I have put a lot of time and improvements in to these to make them nice. I even installed a double wide ditch culvert pipe. I used to be a realtor so no realtor help is needed.
