Grand Oaks require a minimum of 2,600 square feet heated and cooled living space. All building plans are subject to review and approval by the subdivision's architectural review board. Oakhurst offers several discrete sections, each with its own covenants and home size requirements. There is an active homeowners association, and dues of $600 per year provide access to the neighborhood's swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and walking trails.
