"Mature trees and an HOA that does not deliver. Lawns aren’t mowed, cars are allowed to park on the street on hills/curves, cars are allowed to speed through our curvy hilly neighborhood, homes are falling apart, the walking trail isn’t maintained, neighborhood pools are not maintained nor is the clubhouse."

"It’s easy to get on the highway for a somewhat short commute. It’s easy to go south or west. Not so much going east or north. "
