      "This is a ridge-top location on a cul-de-sac street (Holyoke Pl.) off a dead-end road (Holyoke Dr.) Most properties here have a stunning view of the Ruby Mtns, perhaps the best in the entire Spring Creek area. Traffic is negligible, encouraging walking and biking. Quite near the marina area, a large park with a lake and abundant birds."
