1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSon went here, won an award for mathematical excellence when he graduated 1% percent of the kids get this award. Went on to union county community college. Guess what? As soon as the advisor saw what HS he came from he had to take math tests on the spot. Guess what again? He failed and had to take bunch of remedial HS math classes in college. So my son was in the top 1% of his graduating class, but still had to take remedial classes? What are the other 99% like in math? Not even able to go to college so far behind? Good job Rahway HS, don't give homework, scale all grades, pass no matter what and apparently don't teach much either. Graduation rate for union county college is 20%. Rahway High school better start pushing trades or something, the kids coming out of there are not college material at all.Parent Review2y ago8 Reviews - Rahway Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attended this school for three years. The first year was a positive experience, but unfortunately things declined rapidly after that. The teacher my child had was not effective. She frequently yelled at the students and treated them unfairly. Many parents raised concerns, yet nothing was done to address the situation. This lack of accountability was extremely disappointing. The final year was by far the worst. The staff often came across as petty and indifferent to students’ feelings and well-being. While they claimed to be “on top of things,” the reality was very different. As a parent, I constantly had to do my own research, follow up, and advocate just to get basic concerns acknowledged. What makes this especially unfortunate is that many families do not have other options and are forced to keep their children enrolled. My child is fortunate to no longer be there. If you have alternative options for your child’s education, I strongly encourage you to explore them.Parent Review4mo ago11 Reviews - Check out schools near Adele St.
