USPS is not present at this property. Guest can obtain a PO Box at the post office if desired. Amazon and other online items MAY be shipped to the property without issue.

No pets, smoking, vaping, candles or incense are allowed inside or on porches and decks of this property

Snow will be removed if 2 inches have fallen. Shovels, salt and sand are provided for guest to keep walking areas safe during light snowfalls and dustings.

All utilities, including high speed wifi internet are provided.

We mostly all have dogs and take good care of our yards. We would not think of leaving this area because of our friends and their families we have became a part of!"
