Two-story 2,850 sq. ft. home with plenty of room to spread out! Beautiful, comfortable, modern furniture and decor throughout.

Gorgeous views of the Southern Utah landscape right from the patio. With no neighbors on the east side of the property, there are unobstructed, beautiful views for you to enjoy.

This home is loaded with upgrades! 10' ceilings, modern stone tile throughout, two-tone paint, and quartz countertops in kitchen and baths. Full-size front load washer and dryer in the laundry room, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

Amenities of the home include top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop stove, with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and water dispenser. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware for a large group. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart griddle/grill, food processor, coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, blender, 4-slice toaster, spices, etc. Highchair, playpen, and queen air mattress available.

The kitchen has a table with an extra leaf/extension and 8 comfortable, leather chairs, as well as 4 barstools at the counter. The great room has a gas fireplace, with two full-size couches and two chairs, so plenty of seating and room to relax!

Two Master Suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, with king beds, luxury bedding, and ensuite bathrooms. The main master downstairs has a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The upstairs master has a full-size couch, with a queen sleeper. Both have desks/office space and large walk-in closets. The upstairs master has a private, walk-out covered balcony and the main master has a French door going out to the backyard patio.

The Queen Bedroom has a private walk-out covered balcony and walk-in closet, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Beautiful four-poster bed made of teak wood from India.

The bunk bedroom sleeps 7, with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a pull-out twin trundle, and a walk-in closet, as well as a flatscreen TV.

The Loft/Game Room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 60" flatscreen TV, large closet, and is connected to a full bath. There is a closet full of games in the hallway next to the bunk bedroom and loft.

Large outdoor seating area, with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor table that seats 6, with an umbrella, and two padded lounge chairs. Nice courtyard with seating at the front of the home.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children's plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.

    "Dogs are loved here, and there is a great park up the main exit towards the end of the golf courses that is called Green Spring Park with large grass and pickleball etc, but it is shaped like a bowl with rock sides so it works to contain dogs so they can run and itā€™s like a dog park in addition to the actual dog park in Washingtonā€¦we love dogs!"

There are a lot of kids in this neigborhood, and perfect for a family! Its very safe, there has been no crime from what i know. Its clean and very nice. The schools by are really good! My kids learn good, and they love the schools. There isn't bad traffic at all, and there is always plenty of parking. I think this is an awesome place to live and I highly suggest that you consider moving in this area."
