1 year lease, with 9-month short term lease option at $2,500/month with discounts for longer term lease. Owner pays for water, trash/recycling, condo fee. Renter is responsible for electric and internet. Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent due at signing. Building moving fee is $150. No smoking indoors. Pets allowed, $500 refundable deposit and $50 fee due monthly per pet.
