Please note that this property is governed by strict HOA regulations. All leases are contingent upon formal HOA Board approval. In accordance with community bylaws, every adult occupant (18+) must complete an independent background and credit screening, submit registration paperwork to the board, and sign the master lease agreement. Subletting, individual room rentals, and unregistered long-term guests are strictly prohibited by the HOA.

One-year lease minimum with option to lock-in rent price for multiple years.

Tenant will need to submit to background and credit check before approval. Tenant will need to be approved by the HOA as well.

Applicants must have an acceptable income and credit history. Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. Acceptable credit history is based on several credit reporting factors and is not solely based on the applicant's credit score. Applicants with negative previous rental history at any UDR community, including but not limited to: repeat lease violations, payment history, or an unpaid balance may be denied or an additional security deposit may be required. Third-party consumer credit reporting agencies are used to verify applicants' identity, credit, and criminal history.
