"The commute to Morrisville and back is brutal. Lots of traffic on US 1 and 540. Accidents every day. People drive like maniacs weaving in and out of traffic. It is the only drawback to living here."

"There are quite a few dog owners in my neighborhood. Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."

"Dog owners walk their dogs and there are trails in the common area for dogs to run. The lots sizes are big enough to have privacy from other neighbors. Fences are allowed. "
