Brand new unit built on our side yard, on the side of our Main house, with complete separate privacy. Walking distance to parks, Costco, etc. 1-month deposit. Credit check, paystubs OR proof of income, and BACKGROUND check. Absolutely NO drugs, NO smoking, NO parties, we are a small family in a safe quiet neighborhood and will strictly keep it that way. Small family and/or working professionals preferred. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 750sf. No overnight stays for more than 7 days within that month.

1 year lease. Deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing. Please keep property inside and outside clean and tidy. Deposit will be returned in full IF property inside & outside are in good condition at end of lease. We hope to find good tenants that can stay for a long time. We keep to ourselves and give you your privacy to keep to yourself. We try to be helpful if you have any issues. We live next to you, so you can call on us. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, family oriented, and everyone keeps to themselves. 30 day notice if you plan on leaving. If everything goes well, we will extend the lease. Minimal rental increase.
