A newer 10 x 12 storage shed with double doors for storing lawn and snow equipment will be available for your use. This property offers the best of rural living with just a few neighbors. New Old Hwy 71, Restaurant and Near the Blue Ox Trail, the OP and Public Lake Access. 1 Mile to Turtle River Lake. Property is on Well Water and Septic. New FAU heater operates on propane as well as a newer Air Conditioning Unit (A/C) June 2022. Our family stays here during the summer months and we do improvements when we are there.
