5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been going to Brockett elementary since kindergarten and also after school. I have never had to help her with homework maybe about three times. She always gets extra support in after school. Mrs. Mckbinns the librarian is awesome even the custodian Mrs.V is amazing. It’s definitely a small school with a family vibe. No fights that I know of ever and they take bullying very serious. My daughter is an A student.Parent Review6mo ago18 Reviews - Tucker High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers here need more experience in teaching the students and a little more patience. They do not teach properly. Handing the kids something and telling them to read it and just assuming they understand it without giving more knowledge on the subject is not teaching. Giving an assignment and not explaining it is also not teaching. When students have a rough time and are not mentally right they send them home instead of trying to help them. Isn’t this what school counselors are for? Or even school Psychologists? Instead they basically condemn them and send them on their way. The principal doesn’t even bothering showing up to a meeting or show his face until an ambulance or fire truck is on campus. Sorry excuse for a principal. Apparently concerns of a parent don’t matter. School officials make excuses and try to deflect from the real issues at hand. Teachers are not held accountable for the way they speak to students. This school is horrible and needs to looked at by the board a little more. Maybe some pop up visits or the superintendent should be involved. I wish every student or parent were more involved with reporting this school. Then the food they serve is horrible. i have been told this for at least the last 2 years. Undercooked food most of the time or extremely small portions.Parent Review7mo ago16 Reviews - Tucker Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a terrible school, there is always fights happening. Mutiple people have had seizures here, therye gym is unsafe too. Kids have gotten hit in the heads and faces multiple times in gym all because this school does not let children sit in bleachers to remain safe. They make children sit on the floor meanwhile the whole gym is packed of people playing football, soccer and etc. There is many fights here too, it is just terrible here. Overall this school is full of violence, no safety, and the staff really do not care. The teaching is not great, my child has told me these teachers keep something against some students and sometimes do not show up to class, leaving them to learn nothing; this is mainly the reason why these children make so much violence here because no one is supervising these kids. This school needs more discipline, children are nowhere near safe here. If you want your children to come to this school, you should consider finding another one for them, this school is full of violence, chaos and it is just terrible.Parent Review2y ago39 Reviews - Check out schools near 1831 Morning Star Ln #1831.

"Plenty of digs being walked. But it is Tucker, so occasionally you will be met by a dog off leash. Which is never any fun. "
