It is walking distance to downtown on a path, to the new community center, breweries and restaurants, but in a newer neighborhood. It is easy access in and out. It has an oversized 2 car garage, and a level driveway. The street the house is on gets early plowing from the town of Truckee right after the hospital, it has easy flat access to both highway 80 and 89.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
