The space
Hello! Our home is a the perfect place to enjoy Tahoe, whether for vacation--or remote work, now with three workspaces sprinkled throughout for taking calls with our fast WiFi. The spacious great room features vaulted, wood ceilings and large south-facing windows that overlook the front deck and forest. Soak in the hot tub on the private back deck or in the jetted tub in the primary bathroom, and enjoy the WiFi and our collection of movies, books and games. We have sleds you can borrow and you can go right outside. Kids will enjoy the bunk room with its own TV and game table. Enjoy morning yoga on the deck, or just sleep in and sip coffee from one of our comfy beds.

Length and price variable based on high vs low season.

Available July 12-15, July 20-26, then again August 31.

Ski lease is negotiable and would start in early Jan 2027.

Owner pays for WiFi, Hot Tub maintenance.
Renter is responsible for other utilities for longer stays.
Dogs are permitted depending on level of training.
I require references.

Owners are very sensitive and have respiratory issues. There is no smoking of any substance anywhere on the premises including decks and driveway.

Finally, if you are looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. Tahoe Donner HOA rules require quiet, kind and respectful neighbors and we have elderly neighbors.

    "Truckee is a great place to have a dog or multiple dogs. There are national parks and open spaces where dogs can run off leash safely without the danger of cars. If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
