The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and laundry are all on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the upstairs bedroom has a king bed and the two kids' rooms have loft beds.

Outside, enjoy nearly 1.5 acres with a no maintenance lawn and large garden area with fruit trees, asparagus, rhubarb and many types of berry bushes. Kids will love the Ninja and slack-lines, trampoline, swing, seesaw, and sliding hill, along with a play fort with a rock-climbing wall and monkey bars.

Looking for long-term renters of at least 6-12 months or longer at $3,000 a month. For long-term leases, utilities (natural gas and electric) and extra things like internet, yard maintenance and snow removal are not included, but will be added at a predetermined flat monthly rate depending on what's included.

We currently have long-term renters through September, so it is available starting October 1st, 2024. Small pets are welcome with approval. No dogs. 1 month security deposit and first month rent to be paid upfront.

Utilities and yard maintenance not included, but will be added on at a predetermined rate based on what the renter needs (internet, yard maintenance, garbage, etc...)
