The administration and teachers don't just lecture; they partner with parents and students to map out a future. I’ve been particularly impressed by how they handle challenges. Furthermore, I have been deeply heartened by the school's huge effort to support social-emotional health. SMS offers a well balanced middle school experience. The classrooms are calm and well run. The teachers are experienced and caring. There’s a clear focus on academics and plenty of cocurriculars available for kids to expand their interests after school. The staff is also very responsive to families needs.

We adore this elementary school. I hope our next kid gets to attend.
