Enjoy lake views from the private balcony with dining table and hammock. The condo is directly across from The Lakes clubhouse with a lakefront lap pool, spa/hot tub, gym, pickleball, tennis, racquetball, sand volleyball, BBQs, ping-pong, pool table, grassy picnic areas, and walking paths.
Centrally located near ASU, Banner Desert, HonorHealth Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, dining, shopping, parks, freeways, and local attractions. Pier 54, a local lakefront restaurant, is about a 5-minute walk away.
This is our personal home when we are not traveling, so the furnishings, mattresses, kitchen setup, and workspaces are higher quality than a typical rental. Ideal for travel nurses, healthcare professionals, executives, remote workers, relocations, remodels, or insurance housing. Owners do not live on-site during tenant stay. Pet-free. No smoking or vaping. Renters insurance required.
Available June through the end of September for mid-term stays. Minimum lease term preferred is 30+ days, with preference for 2-3 month stays. Rent includes furnished home, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, tenant parking, and access to community amenities. Utilities included up to a reasonable monthly cap. Security deposit and signed lease required before move-in. Renters insurance required. Pet-free property, ideal for guests with allergies. No smoking or vaping. One non-bedroom owner storage room remains locked and is not included with the rental.
