Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply, and it is not valid with any other offers. We only ask that you present identification in the form of a CAC card or a DD Form 2 card (Blue and green). Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject to review before acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 30+ days.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.

Rates are open to negotiation with seasonality, length of stay, and holidays being considered.
Note the following requirements might want to be stated.
- Some reservations will incur a $35 trash pick up fee every 10 days, depending on the property.
- Mid Stay Clean is required every 30 days (fees outlined at booking). Fee is hourly and assessed at the completion of the service.
Payments: The amount due at booking your reservation depends on when you make the reservation relative to the Check-in date.
If you make the reservation more than thirty (30) days in advance of your Check-in date, you are required only to pay one-half of the total fees at the time of booking with the remaining balance due fourteen (14) days before Check-in. (Bookings through Airbnb may be charged 100% at the time of booking.) If, for any reason, the remainder of the fees is not paid on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and to try to re-book the Property. If we successfully re-book it, we will refund whatever funds we were able to recoup, albeit prorated over the same number of nights you had reserved, up to a full refund of your initial payment. If we are unable to re-book, however, you forfeit the initial payment in its entirety.
For reservations made fourteen (14) days or fewer from the anticipated Check-in date, payment in full is required.
Payment may be by e-check or credit card we accept four major credit cards. In either case, you may submit only one e-check or credit card per payment we do not have the ability to split payments among groups.
Cancellations/Changes*. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your entitlement to all or a portion of the rental fee depends on the timing of your cancellation in relation to the Check-in date as follows:
Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased).
Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) to thirty-one (31) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial payment.
Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes.
*Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt.
Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.

Tonalea has been notoriously known for its bullying and roughness and until this school year things were not changing. Principal Villa has stepped up and in and he has created an incredible environment on his campus making kids safe, comfortable and accountable. We moved to the South Scottsdale area and we decided to buy in to our neighborhood schools and it was the best decision we could have made. While academics have been pretty low at this school we decided to have our kids be apart of the solution. Work hard, study for quizzes and tests, and show up every day ready to learn. With this message and the hard work and dedication from our teachers, we are only bound to succeed. My family is new to the Coronado Learning Community and Yavapai has done an incredible job at displaying why we should continue our children to Tonalea and then Coronado High School. The teachers are ready every single day to make an impact and to get your kids to the next level, benchmark, or whatever it may be. The principal has done a great job at displaying her leadership working hard at putting together family events and experiences for families on her campus every chance she gets. While Yavapai received a B rating for academics last school year many of us parents are committed to helping and encouraging our students to focus every day and as the trend shows, we will continue to increase that grade.
