About this House

We are looking to rent our home! This HOME has 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms and recently upgraded Kitchen.

We have a large "Great Room" that we used for family dinners with access to the back yard. This room has an additional 375 square feet of space not listing on the current home size.

Check out the large picture window in the cozy Breakfast area.

In the family size Living room with an inviting brick fireplace.

Our back yard BBQ parties had a covered Patio with lush foliage. We have an outdoor oven/range that allows us to prepare meals while still being a part of the "Party".

We did our laundry while picking from the fruit trees (figs, lemons, tangerines, oranges, and loquats fruits).

Storage sheds are available, so you don't have to rent a separate storage unit.

The home is located close to the 5, 170, 118, 405 and 210 freeways.

Cat and Dog Friendly WITH proper Insurance coverage.

We will ask for you to fill out an application and we will check credit history, your employment with income, and your references.

We are looking for 1st month with security deposit.

Call me / text me for showing dates.

Tenant is responsible for Utilities.

No smoking in house.

Pets are welcome with proper insurance coverage.

1st Month PLUS security Deposit is required.

If you don’t tolerate barking dogs, fireworks throughout the year and huge family parties this isn’t a place for you.     "Sun Valley Recreation Park is just across the street. Chase Bank , City National, McDonalds is a block away. Metrolink Sun Valley Station is 2 blocks away. BUR airport is only 2 miles away. Target, Walmart, Costco & Costco Business is only 2 miles away. Access to the 5 Fwy and 170 Fwy is extremely convenient."
