INTERIOR: In addition to getting all new siding, roofing, and floor to ceiling windows in 2022, we wanted to offer a magnificent water view in each of the 4 bedrooms. The large living area overlooking Sebago Lake, has a newly white-washed fireplace that is located in the center of the house. There are two couches and four 360 swivel chairs to take in all of the beautiful sights both inside and outside. Serene is an understatement! You will also find a custom built, repurposed, live edge dining table that seats 12 because there is nothing better than enjoying a big family meal while taking it all in. The gorgeous island in the kitchen seats 10 and is THE place to be when cooking a big meal for the whole family! Not a detail was missed during this kitchen renovation and we promise you won't be disappointed. There are two completely remodeled full baths and two laundry rooms, both on the main floor. In the primary bedroom, located on the main floor, there is a KING sized bed boasting stunning views of the lake, clothing storage, separate laundry, and a brand new private deck with a space to sip your coffee and access the waterfront. The second bedroom, or The Bunk Room, as we call it, is on the main floor and has 2 sets of bunk beds with TWINS for each and another TWIN bed to sleep 5. The enclosed upstairs loft bedroom is large and open and has 2 FULL sized beds with 3 additional TWIN sized beds. The second upstairs loft, located above the kitchen is a bit more open, as it overlooks the living room and all of those spectacular water views, has a KING sized bed. Additionally, there is a brand new heating system that allows every room to control its own heat and AC.

EXTERIOR: This extraordinary property has 100 feet of waterfront access and a walk-in sandy bottom beach. The brand new composite deck that overlooks the water features outdoor dining for 8, some cozy couch and chair seating, and a propane Weber grill. The additional smaller patio area is complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax at, as well as, a picnic table that seats 10 for additional outdoor eating space. Additionally, in the event of a power outage, the back- up generator will automatically kick on for your convenience.
