Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and an additional pet deposit may apply. $2250 security deposit, $35 application fee per adult. (Background and credit check required).

Government issued photo ID required, proof of income (such as two most recent pay stubs) also required to apply. Total qualifying household income (minimum $ 80,000 per year). Minimum 1 year lease.

"Halloween streets are blocked so children can trick or treat the sidewalks are maintained and it's a safe neighborhood to live in the cable and wifi sucks in the neighborhood but that's the cable company"
